Montana is a 3 year old registered Appaloosa gelding. Not only does this guy have a full mane and tail but he is conformationally good looking  and has the coolest looking color.  Montana has always been an in your pocket gelding with a puppy dog personality. He is very friendly and enjoys being in peoples company. Montana will come over to the shake of a grain bucket or will be the first meet you at the gate. Montana is confident, quiet, and willing to please. He goes where he’s pointed and rides off alone or in a group. Montana will lope nice collected circles, has a good stop, neck reins and is starting to spin nicely. Montana is light in your hands and throughout his body. He will side pass move his shoulders, hind quarters and he will lay down on cue. Montana is sacked out to a variety of things, will go over a teeter totter bridge, noodles obstacles, tarps, big balls, ATVs, etc… anything new we’ve ever thrown at him he accepts with confidence and ease. Montana has been started on the hot heels. He also drug heavy logs and is no stranger to weight in the horn or seeing things on the end of a rope. Montana has been rode both in the arena and outside. He steps out nicely, has been rode out in the pasture, out on the desert and on the trails. He will cross logs and water with no problems. He is sure footed knows how to pick up his feet when navigating through various different terrain. Montana has been rode by a variety of riders and has handled them all with ease. Oak is as sweet as they come. This gorgeous guy is a very unique find in a draft cross. He is stunning, gentle, and talented to do any job required of him. Oak is a beautiful 5 year old grey gelding that’s gorgeous enough to stand out in a crowd. He stands approximately a 15.3 hh with all the bone and substance needed for longevity. He has all the looks, movement and an incredible mind that makes his future so bright! Oak has a kind eyes and is gentle as the day is long. Oak is a gentleman on the ground, and has a nice quiet calm temperament that one can only hope to find in a partner and friend. Oak is educated both in and out of the arena and is no stranger to work. He has a solid foundation with a quiet mind. Whether you ride him bareback or under saddle he is uncomplicated and easy to ride. He’s soft in the face, and moves all of his body parts individually. He picks up his leads, and transitions easily between gates. Oak has a one hand neck rein and will spin and has a nice stop. Whether you’re riding him out in the terrain or in the arena he’s polite, sweet, and always aims to please. Oak was packed on last fall and did great. We have also roped out of the box on him and he will track the hot heels. He is easy to catch, stands quietly to be brushed, saddled and comes to a mounting block for easy mounting, and rides off uncomplicated. Oak has been ridden by and handled by different levels of riders and is forgiving of mistakes. He is an easy keeper that requires no special care or maintenance. Oak sells with a clean PPE!! He has been exposed and desensitized to balls, plastic bags, whips, tarps, ropes, noodles etc….
